Hey Ladies have this for breakfast after your morning workout

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 cup of 1% or nonfat kefir
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup of frozen strawberries
  • 1 small banana
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 mint leaves
  • 1 tsp ground flaxseed
  1. Step 1

    In a blender, combine kefir, protein powder, fruit and vanilla extract,
    blend until smooth

  2. Step 2

    Next add mint leaves and flaxseed and blend again

  3. Step 3

    If thinner consistency is desired add a splash of skim milk or water, blend

  4. Step 4

    Pour in glass and enjoy

Tips & Warnings
  • you can add your own fruit ( whatever you like)
