How to Keep All Your Socks Together in Washer and Dryer
Being able to keep socks together in the washer and dryer is a problem for almost everyone. Now, there is a better way to keep your socks together in the wash and dryer without ruining or losing them. Does this Spark an idea?

Purchase a garment bag. A garment bag can be bought at a grocery store or mass retailer. They come in several sizes for all types of clothing items and are typically mesh with a drawstring top or zipper.

Now, place all socks in garment bag, zip it up and throw into washer. When the washer stops, all your socks will remain in zipped up garment bag.

Place the garment bag in the dryer. When the dryer bell rings, open the dryer door and remove the garment bag with each pair of socks intact and dry. It's easy and not a single sock gets lost.

Tips & Warnings
Follow the steps above and you will never lose another sock or pair of socks
Do not forget to zip up the garment bag before washing and drying socks

Actually this is a bad idea as it creates a very heavy concentration of clothing and will throw your washer out of balance. I have used a great product for years, called the Always Together Sock Clip. sockclip dot com Not only do I never lose a sock but they come out of the dryer already sorted and since they are different colors and we've assigned a color to each person we don't have to sort them anymore either. I've tried many clips and rings, etc. and these are by far the best and the best solution for no more missing or sorting socks.

Great tips! I love our garment bags!! No more sock monster...except the one that finds the socks before my kids put them in the garment bags LOL (Now that my kid are old enough to do that much they don't LOL)
