Things You'll Need:
- A partner

Step 1
Have a partner wrap his arms tightly around you, pinning your arms to the side.

Step 2
Spread both legs out and bend your knees, creating some distance between you and the attacker.

Step 3
Raise both of your arms up simultaneously in order to brake your opponent's grip.

Step 4
Strike your opponent with an elbow, stomp your opponent's feet, and attempt to spin out of your opponent's grip.
