How to Feed a Tribe-Chicken Tetrazzini

I don't know if it's me are if time is moving faster, anyone else feel this way? It will be the holiday season before we know it. A busy time of the year for most of us. A time when families and friends get together. If your family is like mine it keeps growing and growing. This is a favorite dish at our holiday feast or fiasco, sometimes I wonder!

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

• Big bowl
• Big Spoon
• Large casserole dish
• or two casserole dishes
• 12 Chicken breast
• l large pkg. Spaghetti
• Large bage of Shredded cheese
• 3 med. size Onions
• 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
• 1 can Cream of Chicken soup
• 1 can Cream of onion soup
• or French onion soup
• 1 can Cream of Cheese soup
• 1 can Cream of Celery soup
• 1 lrg. Bell pepper
• Cayenne pepper to taste

1. Boil chicken and set aside. Once chicken is cool remove skin and shred or chop.(Personally I use my fingers.)You may opt to use skinless chicken breast. Don't forget to wash your hands! Boil spaghetti, I like to use the stock from my chicken to add additional flavor to the spaghetti.
2. Add all soups together in a big bowl. Season with salt and cayenne pepper to taste. Mix throughly.
3. In a casserole dish place chicken and spaghetti. Pour soup mixture over spaghetti and top with cheese.
4. Cover with foil and cook at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.
   This dish serves approximately 30 people depending on portion size.

Tips & Warnings

• Serve with a fresh garden salad and garlic bread. Yummy!
• Beware! There will be no left overs, you will have to cook again the next day.
