Things You'll Need:
- Macaroni Shells (1 package 16oz)
- Vegan Butter (1/2 cup)
- Whole Wheat Flour (3/4 cup)
- Turmeric (1 tbsp)
- Chili Powder (1 tbsp)
- Garlic Powder (1 tbsp)
- Salt (1/2 tbsp)
- Cayenne Pepper (1/2 tbsp)
- Soy Sauce (2 tbsp)
- Boiling Water (2 cups)
- Nutritional Yeast (1&1/2 cups)
- {Optional Toppings} Bread Crumbs (1/4 cup)
- {Optional Toppings} Paprika (2 tbsp)
- {Optional Toppings} Extra Cayenne Pepper (1/2 tbsp)
- {Optional Toppings} Hot Sauce (loads and loads)

Step 1
Boil pasta and set aside. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Boil 2 cups of water in preparation for STEP 3.

Melt butter in separate sauce pan over medium heat.

Add flour, turmeric, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, cayenne pepper, soy sauce, and boiling water to the melted butter. Stir till smooth and bubbly.

Step 4
Add the nutritional yeast, and stir thoroughly.

Step 5
Combine pasta with sauce in a baking pan, add optional toppings.

Step 6
Bake for 12 minutes, and enjoy!
