You can find plenty of window cleaners at the store, but you don't need to fork out your money for them when you can make your own that it just as effective, if not more so. Things You'll Need

  • 1/4 cup ammonia
  • 1/2 cup rubbing alcohol
  • Spray bottle
  • Paper towel or newspaper

Instructions

    • 1

      Combine 1/4 cup of ammonia and 1/2 cup of rubbing alcohol with 1 cup of water in a spray bottle.

      Label the bottle clearly.

    • 3

      Spray on windows, mirrors and other glass surfaces for a sparkling clean shine. Wipe clean with a paper towel or crumpled up piece of newspaper.

Tips & Warnings

  • You can also use vinegar in place of the ammonia.

  • Keep out of reach of children!
