How to Make a Hot Rum Toddy

A rum toddy can be enjoyed hot or cold. The cold version is a refreshing cocktail while the hot version is perfect to share while snuggling in front a fire on a frosty evening or to soothe cold or flu symptoms.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Rum (the darker the better).
  • sugar
  • Lemon Slice
  • Nutmeg
  • Boiling Water
  1. Step 1

    Fill mug 2/3 full with boiling water and dissolve 1 teaspoon of sugar.

  2. Step 2

    Add 2 ounces of rum.

  3. Step 3

    Garanish with a lemon slice and a dusting of ground nutmeg.

  4. Step 4

    ENJOY!
