A rum toddy can be enjoyed hot or cold. The cold version is a refreshing cocktail while the hot version is perfect to share while snuggling in front a fire on a frosty evening or to soothe cold or flu symptoms.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Rum (I prefer a dark rum like Myer's or Appleton)
  • Powdered Sugar
  • Cold Water
  • Lemon Peel Twist
  1. Step 1

Dissolve 1/2 teaspoon of powdered sugar in 2 teaspoons of water in a heavy glass.

  2. Step 2

Stir in 2 ounces of rum.

  3. Step 3

Add an ice cube and garnish with a lemon peel twist.

  4. Step 4

    ENJOY!
