Eat fish and poultry instead of red meat. If you usually have burgers or steak in your diet try to cut down and start eating fish or poultry where once was a nice juicy burger.

Cut fast food! Just skip the easy and fast food at McDonald's and other similar fast food restaurants. Try preparing some vegetable sticks with low fat dressing for dipping sauce. A turkey sandwich made from home would be much better for you! If you must eat at a fast food restaurant then stick to fish or chicken, better than those horrible greasy burgers.

Avoid the creamy dressings that might get put on your meal at a restaurant.
Step4
Soups and salads are much better for you! Making a salad for dinner instead of taking the family out to eat at Burger King would be much better for everyone.
Step5
Fruits and vegetables are your friend. If your hungry grab an apple instead of the peanut butter crackers or chocolate chip cookie.
Step6
Proportions! Eat to curve your hunger pains not just when you get bored. A normal box of macaroni and cheese has 2.5 servings, try and only eat half a box next time and save the rest for your dinner!
Step7
Walk to work, if your workplace is close enough to walk save yourself some gas with these outrageous prices and walk to work. This will give you a little more exercise in the day.
