How to Make Orange Pie

Orange pie is a ridiculously easy dessert to make. Making orange pie only requires a little mixing and a few store-bought ingredients and will result in a treat that will win rave reviews from your family and friends.

Things You'll Need

• 16 oz. container sour cream
• 1 can sweetened condensed milk
• 2/3 cup powdered orange drink mix (like Tang)
• 8 oz. container whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
• 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
• 1 ready to eat graham cracker pie crust
• Medium sized mixing bowl
• Spatula
• Large spoon

Instructions

Start Mixing

1. Mix together 16 ounces sour cream, 1 can sweetened condensed milk, and 2/3 cup powdered orange drink mix in a mixing bowl. Stir with a large spoon until all ingredients are well combined.

2. Pour sour cream, sweetened condensed milk, and powdered orange drink mixture over a ready to eat graham cracker crust.

3. Use a spatula to spread the orange pie with 8 ounces of Cool Whip. Top pie with 1/2 cup chopped pecans.

4. Place lid or plastic wrap on pie.

5. Let orange pie chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Tips & Warnings

• Feel free to substitute other ready to eat pie crusts for the graham cracker crust. A ready to eat vanilla wafer crust is delicious also.
