How to Make a Refreshing Mandarin Orange Campari Freeze

Campari is an Italian aperitif with a 20.5 percent alcohol content. It is quite bitter until mixed with sweeter ingredients. A mandarin orange Campari freeze is the perfectly refreshing antidote for a hot and humid summer evening.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Can of Mandarin Organges
  • Campari
  • Spoon
  1. Step 1

    Put a can of mandarin oranges in the freezer until frozen solid.

  2. Step 2

    Remove oranges from the freezer and set at room temperature for about 15 minutes.

  3. Step 3

    Open the can and with a spoon dig out a hole about 1-inch wide and 1-inch deep in the center of the frozen oranges.

  4. Step 4

    Fill the hole with Campari.

  5. Step 5

    Eat the slushy orange/Campari mix straight from the can.
