How to create an edible aquarium for parties

This is a very easy edible craft that is a big hit at pool parties and kids birthdays. The kids will love to pitch in on this one, especially when you're ready to add the fish to your creation.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • Blue Jell-o
  • Gummy Fish
  • Wooden Skewers
  • Gummy Worms
  • Individual plastic cups or large punch bowl
  • Lots of kids

Step1
1. Prepare the jell-o as directed on the box.
Step2
2. Pour it into small cups for individual servings or a large punch bowl for a centerpiece. Refrigerate for about an hour or until it begins to set up.
Step3
3. Then, here's the part the kids like the most, arrange gummy fish inside the jell-o. Then let it finish setting up. You'll have a great treat for the hot summer days, or a unique snack at a kids party.
Step4
4. Serve to all and enjoy.

Tips & Warnings

  • If you want to make it a fishing party, you can purchase bamboo or wooden skewers (I get them at the dollar store.). Add a gummy worm to the end of it and you have an instant fishing pole.
