This is often a motion that is used to pop someone's back into place. This motion can be worked into a regular martial arts warm up routine in order to prepare the back for training.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderate

Things You’ll Need:

  • One partner
Step1
Face the opposite direction that your partner is facing, back-to-back. Your back should be facing your partner's back.
Step2
Interlock your arms with your partner's arms. Your elbows should be intertwined.
Step3
Tighten your arms around your partners arms and lean forward, pulling your partner on top of your back.
Step4
Straighten yourself up and lower your partner back on the ground behind you.
Step5
Arch your back, straighten your body, and allow your partner to pull you on top of his back. Allow your back to stretch.
Step6
Your partner should return you to the ground.
