• Computer with iTunes

How to Put Movies on an Apple TV

1. Go to the Web site www.handbrake.fr and download the Handbrake software.
2. Install the software on your computer and open it so that it is ready to run.
3. Put a DVD of your choosing into the computer.
4. Select the DVD source on the Handbrake menu.
5. Click on the "Apple TV" icon on the right-side menu of the Handbrake window.
6. Allow the DVD to convert to the proper format (it may take up to two hours).
7. Open iTunes and add the new converted movie file into the library.
8. Sync to your Apple TV and enjoy!

Tips & Warnings

• Make sure that you have a strong wireless Internet signal as the Apple TV has to sync with your iTunes account via the Internet.
• Make sure to not turn off the Apple TV while it is syncing.
