Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • 8 oz flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pint milk
  • pinch of salt
Step1
Sieve the flour and salt into a basin.
Step2
Make a well in the center and break the eggs into it; add half milk and mix well.
Step3
Beat well for 10 minutes, and then add the rest of the milk and beat again.
Step4
Keep the batter for 1 hour before it is used.
Step5
Add about 1 tablespoon of cold water at the last minute for a really light pudding.
Step6
Get a little fat really hot before pouring in the batter, then bake in a moderate oven for 30 minutes, raising the heat just enough to brown it at the end.
Step7
Here the pudding is ready.
