Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease loaf pan and set aside.

In a mixing bowl, combine batter ingredients:
1 stick butter, softened
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/8 teaspoon salt
Mix all batter ingredients together and set aside. -
Step 3
In a separate bowl, combine topping ingredients:
3 Tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
4 Tablespoons granulated sugar
Combine all topping ingredients and set aside. -
Step 4
Assemble the bread:
Pour 1/2 of the batter mixture into the prepared loaf pan. Sprinkle with a layer of topping. Pour remaining batter over topping layer. Sprinkle remaining topping on the top. -
Step 5
Using a butter knife, cut through the loaf and around the edges to swirl.
Bake for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Place on a wire rack to cool completely. Remove from pan. Cool completely before slicing. Enjoy!
