This creamy broccoli and chicken pasta recipe is delicious and filling. It is also easy and quick to make. The chicken, broccoli, pasta, cream cheese and other ingredient flavors blend together quite nicely. Enjoy!

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • 1/2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into strips, or diced can chicken
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 6 oz bowtie pasta or other bite-size pasta, cooked and drained
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 small red pepper, cut in strips
  • 1 pkg cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
Step1
The first step to preparing this creamy broccoli and chicken pasta dish is to melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Step2
Add the chicken and stir frequently. Cook about three minutes or until chicken is white. Remove chicken.
Step3
Add the broccoli, red pepper, chicken broth, garlic powder, and pepper. Cover and cook, and be sure to stir occasionally until broccoli is soft, probably around 5 to 8 minutes.
Step4
Return the chicken to the skillet and cook about another minute. Remove from heat.
Step5
Add the cream cheese and stir until smooth.
Step6
The final step in preparing this delicious pasta dish of creamy broccoli and chicken is to add the cooked pasta and stir to blend the ingredients together. Serve the pasta immediately and Enjoy!!
