Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Things You’ll Need:
- Bucket of Water
- Scrub Brush/Broom with stiff bristles
- Dish Soap
Step1
WET THE WALL. Most of the chalk should wash off with water. You could use a hose for this as higher pressure will remove the chalk easiest. If you do not have a hose or are in an area that is on water restriction, you can just use the scrub brush or an old car wash sponge to spread water on the wall from a bucket.
Step2
BRUSH THE WALL. Use the scrub brush or broom to brush off any of the chalk that got into the grooves and notches in the stucco.
Step3
SOAP THE WALL. If any of the markings seem particularly difficult to remove with just water, pour a small amount of dish soap onto the brush or broom and scrub the area again.
Step4
RINSE THE WALL. After you have scrubbed the chalk from the wall, rinse the area with clean water to remove any residual chalk particles and/or soap.
