Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Things You’ll Need:
- Computer
- World of Warcraft account
Step1
Always get professions! Even when you just start out find out where the closest profession trainers are and hunt them down. If your new to the game try for gathering professions like mining, herbalism, or skinning. These professions will provide you with materials you can sell on Auction House to other players and make yourself a considerable amount of cash. When you get higher in level you can choose to abandon one of your gathering professions to get a profession that will help you more.
Step2
Use alternative characters also known as alts. Starting another character level 1 on the server and parking them in a major city, then you can send all your items you would like to sell on auction house or to other players, this gives you another whole bank to put stuff in. These alts are also known as bank characters. Sending your excess cash to these alts will also keep the temptation from spending it all at once on a nice new piece of armor on the auction house.
Step3
Get to know your spells from level 1. Know what they do and what they can be used for. DON'T just pick a favorite skill and use it all the time because usually a combination of spells will work much better.
Step4
Know when to run away! If you accidentally pull 3-4 enemies and you know you can't take them, just run away! They will stop attacking you after you get some distance from them. This also pertains to other players of the opposite faction. If there level is a few higher than yours or they just show ?? run away till the area is safe.
Step5
Look for groups for dungeons. Dungeons also known as instances give great experience points and also have some of the best loot in the game!
Step6
Never trust the opposite faction, if they are your level or lower, kill them on the spot. They will wait till you are low on life from killing an enemy and kill you. Make sure to read all your spells so that you know which ones will work best against other characters!
Step7
Join a guild, make friends, and be sociable it will pay off. You might want a friend to quest with or just someone to talk to in the game. Also when you get established in a guild you can get a lot of benefits like when you hit 70 you can start raiding with your guild. It is not easy to put together a group for raiding if you don't already have friends in game.
