  • Oven or BBQ grill
  • Long fork
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • 2-quart glass dish with cover

      Marinate the steaks. Place beef round steaks in 2-qt. glass dish. Cover with generous amounts of Worcestershire sauce. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

      Preheat your oven on high broil at 500 degrees. Or preheat your gas grill on high for 10 to 15 minutes with the cover closed. If you are using a charcoal grill allow the charcoals to become ashen and glowing before cooking.

      Grill the steaks 3 to 5 minutes per side, or until the desired doneness.

Tips & Warnings

  • Always keep a close eye on beef round steaks when they are cooking. They are very thin and can get overcooked fairly quickly.
