Cranberry juice is easy to make if you have a juicer. Unfortunately, it is a bit too strong and bitter for most palates. Dilute and sweeten it before serving. Read on to learn how to make cranberry juice.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Cranberries
  • Blueberries
  • Strawberries
  • Apples
  • Juicer
  • Water
  • Sugar
  1. Step 1

Sort through your cranberries. Remove green ones and over-ripe or rotten ones. You can tell an overripe cranberry by the mushy texture.

  2. Step 2

    Rinse your cranberries thoroughly.

  3. Step 3

Put the cranberries in a juicer.

  4. Step 4

Add water and sugar to taste. Raw cranberry juice is extremely strong and bitter. Most people prefer it a bit thinner and sweeter.

  5. Step 5

Add other fruit juices. This is a great natural way to thin and sweeten your cranberry juice. Apples, strawberries and blueberries are all very good with cranberry juice.
