First turn on your computer, when the computer is turning on open the CD drive and put in your operating system install disc.

Turn your computer off and then back on, the computer should boot from the disc and start the install process to your hard drive. Choose to reinstall windows and continue with the prompts. This will wipe your computer of all contents on your c drive. So if you have files you would like to keep on your c drive then make sure to install another hard drive first and install windows on that hard drive. Your old C drive will be saved and you can get your files off of it.
