Things You'll Need:
- 1 cup chocolate cookie crumbs
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 3 tbsp. butter - melted
- Pan with 2 1/2 inch muffin cup openings
- Foil baking cup liners
- 12 chocolate kisses
- 2 (8 oz.) packages of cream cheese - softened
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
- 1/3 cup semisweet chocolate pieces
- 1 tsp. oil

Step 1
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line muffin cups with foil baking cup liners. Combine cookie crumbs, sugar and melted butter. Press into bottoms of each foil cup. Unwrap kisses and place one kiss in the center of each cup (point side up).

Combine cream cheese and 1/3 cup sugar, beating with mixer until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, beating until just combined Add in peanut butter and stir until combined

Carefully spoon about 1/4 cup of cream cheese mix over chocolate kiss in each muffin cup, making sure to keep the kiss centered in cup. Please note that the cups will be full. Bake about 25 minute or until set. Cool in pan on wire rack for 30 minutes

In saucepan, combine semisweet chocolate pieces and oil. Cook over low heat until melted, stirring constantly. Remove cheesecakes from foil liners (if desired). Drizzle melted chocolate in designs over top of cheesecakes. Chill about 1 hour or until chocolate is set. Cover and refrigerate an additional 3 hours before serving.
