When working on a craft project sometimes glue marks can be left behind. Stop destroying personal projects with this easy how to in using craft glue properly.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • A bottle of craft glue (Sobo or Tacky glue)

Step1
To open bottle, gently turn the nozzle of the bottle.
Step2
Tilt the bottle up-side-down and shake lightly to start the flow of glue.
Step3
Now slowly squeeze the bottle with the tip on the material trying to be glued. Let only one drop ooze out at a time and run the tip of the bottle along the edge or surface you are trying to glue. Use the tip as a applicator to create an even coat of glue.
Step4
If you are trying to apply the glue to a small surface or object, squeeze glue onto a scrap and use the tip of your finger as an applicator. This will allow for more precise gluing. Now you can cleanly and evenly glue for all your crafting needs.

Tips & Warnings

  • For extra tacky glue and faster dry time, set nozzle to open and let bottle sit out over night
  • Be sure to wipe up any excess glue with your finger that might dry messy
  • Be sure to clean hands after using them as an applicator
