How to create an awesome Teacher Appreciation Gift

Flowers, cookies, gift certificates mugs, etc.. are nice. But a coffee table picture book with art work, photos, and comments by each child will give your child's teacher a personal and lasting memento. With online book publishers, this is easier than ever.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Things You’ll Need:

• drawing/art by each child
• photo
• Internet access

1. Distribute to each student a standard form (8.5" x 11") that gives him/her the space to write their name, a short note for the teacher, and a place to draw a personal picture.
2. Scan each form as a .jpg file
3. Ask parents to send pictures of their children and of events throughout the school year.
4. * Use the various picture book sites (Blurb, Shutterfly, Picaboo, MyPublisher) and place the pictures and each child's drawing/comment (in .jpg) into the book.
   * Allow for three weeks for delivery
