How to Make an Easy Ice Cream Cake

Things You'll Need:

• 18 to 20 ice cream sandwiches
• 1 Jar of hot fudge sauce
• 1 large tub of whipped topping
• Chocolate shavings, sprinkles or nuts (optional)

1. Lay half of the ice cream sandwiches, side by side, in a 9 x 13-inch pan. If you have small gaps, cut up one or two sandwiches to fill them in.

2. Pour half of the hot fudge sauce onto the ice cream sandwiches and spread it over all of them.

3. Spread half of the whipped topping on the sandwiches.

4. Repeat the first three steps, layering like a lasagna.

5. If desired, top with shavings, sprinkles or nuts. Cover and freeze for at least an hour. Slice and serve.
