Soak wooden skewers in water for 1 hour. Will need at least 2 skewers per person.

Cut meat and vegetables into chunk sizes. Examples are chicken, pork, steak, shrimp, onion, green and red preppers, zuccini, tomatoes.

Can place all food items in a marinade, such as teryaki, if desired.

Place 5-6 pieces of meat on each skewer/person. Can combine different meats. Just rememeber chicken and pork need to be cooked more thoroughly than steak.

place 5 to 6 pieces of vegetables on 2nd skewer.
Step6
grill vegetables on low
Step7
grill meat on medium.
Step8
turn vegetables and meat at same time, approximately 4-5 minutes. enjoy
