How to Change Yahoo Mail From HTML to Plain Text

Changing your yahoo email from html to plain text is a piece of cake.

Things You'll Need:

• just a yahoo email account and the ability to follow a few simple steps

1. Once you have your yahoo email account open, click on the "Options" button on the top right corner of your mailbox. This will reveal a drop down menu.

2. Next click on "Mail Options" within the dropdown box.

3. Under the "Management" section, click on "General Preferences"

4. Under "Composing Emails" select "compose messages as plain text" ...that's it, save your change and you are ready to go...

Tips & Warnings

• Should you choose to ONLY switch to plain text on an individual email basis...once you hit reply or compose a new message, click on the "plain text" button at the top right corner of your message. This will enable plain text for just that particular email.
