If you need something to spice up your grilled chicken or just want to try something new, you can whip this up in less than ten minutes!

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • olive oil
  • mushrooms (I like portabello mushrooms or baby bellas)
  • 2 tsp. of honey dijon/mustard
  • 1/3 cup of white wine or lemon juice
  • 2 tsp of flour
  • 1 cup of heavy cream

Step1
In a large skillet heat up about 1/4 - 1/3 cup of olive oil.
Step2
Sauté your mushroom until they are medium brown and then add your flour and stir to thicken the mushroom mixture up. ( This will help your cream to thicken later!)
Step3
Add you white wine or lemon juice and stir in evenly.
Step4
Add your heavy cream and honey dijon or mustard and stir in consistently. After a few minutes remove your mushroom sauce from heat and let it set for a few minutes to thicken. This is great over grilled chicken!!!
