1
Buy gold colored paper at your local craft store. Use light brown construction paper or decorative wrapping paper if you cannot find golden paper. Pick up an angel cookie cutter from the baking aisle. Find an angel with hands outstretched.
-
2
Fold your craft paper in half if you want to make two connected Christmas tree angel ornaments. The decorative side of the paper needs to be visible on both the front and back of the folded craft paper.
-
-
3
Position your Christmas angel cookie cutter on the paper so one of the angel's hands is at the edge of the crease of your paper. Use your pencil to trace the outline of a Christmas angel on the paper. Lift the angel cookie cutter from the paper and take a look at the angel. One hand needs to be on the folded edge of the paper.
-
4
Cut the Christmas tree angels out of the paper along the pencil line you drew. Leave the crease of the paper uncut. Open your folded paper and see if you have two connected Christmas tree angels. Use a new piece of paper to try again if you cut through the angel's hands.
-
5
Use scissors to trim the Christmas tree angels until all pencil lines are removed. Fold the angels together for a two-sided ornament. Merely place the connected angels on the Christmas tree, decorative side up, for a festive decoration. Tape the angels to the fireplace or a mirror for homemade holiday décor.

Tips & Warnings
Fold the paper multiple times for a string of angels. Use two-sided decorative paper to keep all of the angels decorative.
If you cannot find a cookie cutter angel with hands, place the cookie cutter along the side of the paper so some part of the angel is on the crease.
