Brandon "Bam" Margera became a professional skater at age 13, and filmed the popular video series, "Camp Kill Yourself," in his teens. With its combination of skating, stunts and pranks, the series became the base for the MTV show "Jackass" and its subsequent movies. Many get an adrenalin rush from attempting or even watching Bam Margera's death-defying stunts. Grab your skateboard and read on to get some of Margera's magic.

Difficulty: Moderately Challenging
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Check your fear at the door. Known for his extreme skating stunts, Bam's technique requires a daredevil approach and fearless attitude.

  2. Step 2

Use any surface to skate. Bam has skated on highways, grass, railings and even picnic tables. Sometimes, he'll even skate on pavement, although that's not nearly as exciting.

  3. Step 3

Keep your hands spread in the air at all times; adjust them when necessary to maintain your balance on the board.

  4. Step 4

Jump from a dock onto a nearby boat. Bam made this stunt famous, which he pulled off effortlessly in one of his feature videos.

  5. Step 5

Skate off a diving board and into an Olympic pool. If you don't have access to an Olympic pool, try a stadium (during off-hours and with permission).

  6. Step 6

Bounce back. Bam "runs into" a lot of trouble when he skates; namely in the form of trees, bushes, cement walls and other people. However, Bam always gets right back up and dusts himself off.

Tips & Warnings
  • Look out for the board after you crash. On certain occasions, after Bam has crashed, his skateboard has flown back and hit him in the face.
  • Don't attempt any of Bam's stunts unless you're an experienced or professional skater.
