You will learn how to buy handicapped accessible concert tickets in the Washington DC, metropolitan area.

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • a telephone
  • a credit card
  1. Step 1

When tickets go on sale, it is best to call the venue directly to purchase your tickets. Ticketmaster does not sell handicapped accessible tickets, and would just tell you to call the venue directly. By calling the venue in the first place, you are saving yourself time.

  2. Step 2

Ask for the accessible seating office. The accessible seating office will ask you what type of accommodation you will need and will assist you in purchasing the seat that will best meet your needs.

  3. Step 3

Using a valid credit card, purchase your tickets. Your tickets will be mailed to you at least four to six weeks before the scheduled event.

  4. Step 4

Have a great time at the event! Relax and enjoy the event.

Tips & Warnings
  • Purchase your tickets as soon as possible.
  • Accessible seating does sell out. Buying your tickets early avoids the possibility that your event will be sold out.
