Things You'll Need:
- 1 Pkg. fresh mushrooms
- 1 Pkg. hot sausage
- 1 Pkg. of cream cheese
- 1 tsp. shredded cheese

Step 1
Take mushrooms and wash well in cold water and remove stems. Place caps with tops down on baking sheet. Turn oven on broil.

Step 2
Brrown sausage in skillet till done and drain. Take one pkg. cream cheese and let soften. After cream cheese is soft and sausage is cooked and drained, mix cream cheese and sausage toegther in mixing bowl.

Step 3
Taake mixture and put in caps that are on baking sheet. Place shredded cheese on top of each stuffed mushroom approx. 3 shreds to each mushroom.

Step 4
Place baking sheet in oven under broiler and cook till cheese is melted and slightly brown. Remove and enjoy!
