  • Salmon
  • Dark Chocolate
  • Blueberries
  • Walnuts
  1. Step 1
     

    Spinach- It's low in calories and high in nutrients. Spinach aids in the prevention of age-related macular degeneration, cataracts, some cancers and cardiovascular disease.

  2. Step 2
     

    Salmon- is also protein rich and full of omega-3 fatty acids, which are beneficial fats that can improve heart health.

  3. Step 3
     

    Dark chocolate- is a potent antioxidant and can help reduce blood pressure. However keep intake low due to the fat and calories.

  4. Step 4
     

    Blueberries- contain high levels of antioxidants. Blueberries can also slow degenerative diseases associated with aging and improve motor skills.

  5. Step 5
     

    Walnuts- is a source of protein, fiber and vitamin E. Walnuts are the only nuts that contain a significant amount of omega-3s, and are known for their high antioxidant activity.
