With all the cute sandal and flip flop choices available for summer it is necessary to have pretty feet to display in them. Don’t let sandal season sneak up on you. Keep your feet healthy and pretty all year long. If your feet are already cracked, try this that you can easily fit into your beauty routine.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • Lotion
  • Socks
  • Foot Brush
Step1
Soak the feet. While taking a shower, let the water fill up high enough to cover your feet. Allow them to soak for 20 minutes. They will get nice and soft and be prepped to ex-foliate.
Step2
Ex-foliate feet. Brush your feet with a foot brush or slough off dead skin with a pumice stone or sponge.
Step3
Moisturize feet. Slather your feet with lotion or cream and put on a pair of white cotton socks to hold the product in place and keep in the moisture. Keep the socks on for about 20 minutes or throughout getting ready.
Step4
Take your time. It will take some time to get those feet pretty again so don’t get discouraged and remember that prevention is the best cure. The less you go barefoot the easier it will be to keep your feet soft. Socks and lotion at night is a great maintenance tip that, once your feet are repaired, will help keep them in sandal ready condition all year.
