Things You'll Need:
- Dusting Cloths
- Desired Cleaning Products
- Bucket
- Rubber Gloves
-
Step 1
Make a plan. Planning ahead takes a little extra time, but it will make your spring cleaning more efficient. Set aside a small block of time each day. You will be surprised how much you can get done in just one hour. Assign a different task for each day of the week. Monday - put items away and declutter; Tuesday - Vacuum all carpets, rugs, blinds, vents and lamp shades; Wednesday - Dust all furniture and baseboards, etc.
-
Step 2
Disposable dusting cloths are essential in trapping pollen, dust and pet dander. These handy cloths do not require any chemicals and are safe to use on all furniture and electronics. When you are finished dusting, toss the used cloth into the trash.
-
Step 3
Rubber gloves help prevent your hands from drying out, protect your skin from hot water, and help your manicure last longer.
-
Step 4
Calming the clutter can be scary. Be brave! If you don't use an item, donate it or give the item to charity. Why clutter your space with items you do not need or use?
