Your hair must be long enough first to pull this off. Grow it out until it reaches the right length.

Trimming the hair stimulates growth, and if you started with short hair you'll probably need a trim or two along the way before you reach the proper hair length.

Go to your barber/stylist/aunt/etc. with a picture of this man to augment your description. It's just a longer haircut that ends before the base of the neck, stops before the eye brows, and covers the ears.

This man's hair type (wavy, thin, blonde) is a large part of this supposed style of Hansen. There may not be help those without the waviness, but thinning shears and hair dye can change color and hair thickness - discuss with a haircare professional.
