One of the simplest ways of going to the gym more, is by going to the gym. Just drive up to the gym and walk in. Just walking into the gym will give you a motivation to work out. It doesn't matter if the work out is 20 minutes or 2 hours, at least you worked out.
Step2
Plan on a schedule how you would like your work outs to lay out on the week. Put body parts that your going to work out on specific days. This will motivate you to keep up with the schedule.
Step3
Watch films or shows that inspire you to work out. Watching movies about working out such as, Pumping Iron or Body for life, can give you a motivation to go to the gym.
Step4
Make the commitment to be better about going to the gym. If you can make the commitment to yourself, it will help out in the short and long run.
