1. Log in Runescape. Tell your friends you are quitting. Remove your friends from your lists. Drop all your inventory and bank items. Now go to a crowded area like a bank in the game.

2. *Warning* If you follow this next step your Runescape account will be banned and you will not be able to get it back *Warning*

   Once you have the program downloaded and opened, click the record button. Now click all over the Runescape screen really fast and move the mouse all over the screen(you must be logged in) Then after about a minute, hit the play button. You are now macroing and breaking rule 7. While that is running in the chat window, start typing "selling my account 30 dollars" and then "free armor trimming"
   Eventually enough people will report you and you will be banned from the game.

3. Now that you are banned, you do not have to worry about playing anymore. If you are really addicted, then you will probably try to make another account. If you do this, you may want to consider asking friends and family for help, because you are seriously addicted to the game.
