- Decent BBQ Sauce
- Tin Foil
- Oven and Barbecue
- Large Casserole Dish
-
Step 1
Preheat Oven to 250 to 300 Degrees Celsius.
-
Step 2
Put Ribs into the casserole dish. Put enough BBQ Sauce in it to mostly cover ribs. Turn ribs and coat well.
-
Step 3
Cover dish and put into oven for 1 hour. Preheat BBQ to about 400 Degrees in the last few minutes.
-
Step 4
Lay out some tin foil, and put ribs and sauce into it. Make sure it is tightly sealed but there is still some room inside for expansion. Use at least two layers of tin foil, so you don't lose any precious sauce.
-
Step 5
Put the Tin Foiled ribs in the BBQ, and leave them there for about another hour. Make sure it stays in the 350-425 range.
-
Step 6
Remove ribs from BBQ, and carefully open package. You may want a pan underneath.
-
Step 7
Serve the Ribs. You can have rice with the extra sauce.
