Start by researching your taste in flowers and bouquets by looking through bridal magazines. You can easily make a silk bridal bouquet with variations of my picture by changing the flower or the color. You can even change the greenery used.

  2. Step 2
    Choosing your Silk flowers
    Choosing your Silk flowers

Once you have chosen your flower type, greenery and color, you can purchase these items along with the other listed items. Try to be creative when you make your silk bridal bouquet. It is your creation and your taste.

  3. Step 3

Begin by experimenting with the flowers according to your original idea you researched but don't be afraid to change your mind and create a different version. This is your unique Bridal Bouquet. For the pictured Bridal Bouquet, I cut all the leaves off the flowers first, (you can add greenery last, after you have shaped the bouquet)so that I could press the flowers close together, allowing no gaps. You should cut the stems to the size you want them, when you have decided on the shape of the bouquet. Make sure flowers are spaced evenly and that the bouquet has a round or oval shape. Put a hair clip on the stems to hold them in place until your ready to secure the bouquet.

  4. Step 4

Once your wedding bouquet is shaped, you can add a complimentary flower on the edges. Last of all, you can add greenery, one small stalk on each opposite side. Once the bouquet is completed and you are happy with it, clip it with a hair clip , while you get the floral tape to hold it together. Add a fancy stem cover, like the elastic pearl cover I chose, or just wrap it in satin ribbon and hot glue the ends.

Tips & Warnings
  • Ask for help at the craft store if your not sure about the silk flowers and what would look nice together.
  • Its better to buy more, than buy less of what you need and have to search for more later.
  • Take your time in creating a shape that will compliment your gown and will make you happy for your wedding day!
