Start with back spins and turtles.. lay on your back and kick your legs into a BACK SPIN. after your back spin flip into a turtle, a turtle is where you are on only your hands and your elbows are in your belly. after a few months of practicing back spins and flipping into a turtle you should be able to combine the two and not let your feet touch.
