After stretching, warm up your body by running in place or dancing.
Step3
After you are warmed up, do a headstand and with your hands down and fingers pointing away from your face, spread your legs and hold that position. Once you are comfortable in a head stand with your legs spread you can begin to move. START SLOW! The slower you start moving the better you will get. Just go one tap or push at a time: push, regain balance, push, regain balance.. and after a few months of doing this, you will be able to throw yourself spinning!! email me with any questions bryanjmason@yahoo.com
