I keep getting nightmares, why can't they just go away!! But, AH they can...

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • stuffed animal
  • blanket
  • night light
  1. Step 1
     

    Pick a time that you can go to sleep at everyday. Do not eat, exercise, watch or read anything that may frighten you right before you go to sleep.

  2. Step 2

    Open you door about half way, that way you will feel comfort knowing that if you scream, people will hear you.

  3. Step 3

    Plug in your night light if it is not already plugged in. This will make you feel as if it is daytime and not as scared.

  4. Step 4

    When you are sleeping, keep your stuffed animal close by and wrap yourself in your blanket.

  5. Step 5

    Close your eyes and sleep tight.

Tips & Warnings
  • Use a comfortable blanket and pick a trusted stuffed animal.
