Sweets are my downfall. I LOVE SWEETS, thus, my issues with weight. We're trying to lose weight again and instead of avoiding the things I love, I'm implementing them into my lifestyle.
PUMPKIN CAKE - All you need is one box of yellow cake + one standard can of pumpkin. (No eggs, or oil) Mix up the cake mix and pumpkin really good. I usually throw in some water to rinse out the pumpkin can. Cook at 350 for approximately 40 minutes. Usually I prepare mine in a muffin pan - I make 12 small cakes. Serving size figured by 1/12 of cake CALORIES 255 1 gram SAT FAT 3 grams of FIBER
Stir this up for 2 minutes with a whisk, pour into bowls and 5 minutes later - you've got a cool treat. Plus you're getting your calcium. We've been mixing fresh fruit in ours for parfaits. Serving size figured 1/2 cup of pudding (Box makes 4 servings) CALORIES 70 0 SAT FAT 0 FIBER

SUGAR FREE JELLO - Uses boiling water
Prepare as box instructs. Top with low fat jello.

FRUIT - Fresh fruit is always good. Canteloupe, Watermelon, Red Raspberries, Blueberries, Strawberries, Apples, Bananas, Kiwi Fruit. It's all good!!!
