Nothing goes better with a savory pasta dish, than garlic bread. Instead of a garlic-like flavor with storebought garlic bread, create your own garlic butter and refrigerate. Recipe makes 12 servings. Does this Spark an idea?

  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 4 oz. butter, softened
  • Small plastic container
  • Fork
  • Knife
  • Cutting board
  • Parsley

Instructions

    • 1

      Peel, rinse and chop garlic cloves. For garlic butter with chunks of butter, chop coarsely.

      Unwrap stick of butter and put it in the small plastic container.

    • 3

      Mix butter, garlic and parsley together.

      Whip with fork until blended.

    • 5

      Refrigerate until ready to use.

Tips & Warnings

  • Tastes great with toast or French bread

  • Allow butter to soften naturally; sit it out 30 minutes before you chop garlic.
