Instructions

    • 1

Rinse thoroughly. After your shower, make sure to rinse all of the soap residue off of the body. Soap tends to remove all natural oils from the body and leaving soap on the skin can cause irritation.

    • 2

Raise the temperature. Move the shower head away from the body and raise the temperature to a level where steam is produced. The steam will collect in the shower and open all of the pores on the skin.

    • 3

Replace body oils. While in the shower, rub small amounts of baby oil all over the body. Make sure not to add baby oil to the bottom of the feet as this may cause slipping in the shower.

    • 4

Close the pores. Turning the shower to cool, rinse the body with a cool stream of water. This will close the pores and lock in the oils you have replaced.

    • 5

Add additional moisture. After stepping out of the shower, immediately add moisturizer to the skin. Do not dry the skin before adding the moisturizer.

Tips & Warnings

  • Never rub skin with a towel to remove water. If you must dry off, gently pat the skin with the towel.
