Step1
Take a daily sulfur supplement. Do not take more than the recommended dosage. You can take it in the form of powder, tablet or capsule. If you go this route, please discuss it first with your doctor or dermatologist.
Step2
Eat foods that naturally contain sulfur. Some examples include cabbage, brussel sprouts, eggs, fish, onions, kale, garlic, turnips, meats, wheat germ, dried beans and soy beans.
Step3
Soak in a sulfur bath. Purchase sulfur bath treatments in a health food or organic store.
Step4
When you wash in the shower, use a sulfur soap. Lather up your body and try to let the sulfur sit on your skin for two minutes before rinsing off. You can purchase sulfur soap online.
Step5
Use sulfur creams, which can be purchased online or in organic beauty supply stores, and apply to skin as needed.
