      Inflate the balloon to about 95 percent capacity, leaving some slack.

      Putting one palm over the inflated part of the balloon, grasp the nozzle with your other fist and twist it.

      Release your palm from the balloon and use that hand to grab the balloon’s nozzle.

      Wrap the nozzle around the finger on the hand that is still grasping the part of the balloon you just twisted and loop the nozzle through to form a knot.

      Pull tight to secure and enjoy.

  • Once the balloon is tied, adorn the tied end with some colorful ribbon.
