Things You'll Need

  • 1 pie shell
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Mozarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of rosemary
  • 3-4 sage leaves, broken up
  • 1 cup Pepperoni (optional)
  • Salt & pepper for seasoning
  • 1 round baking dish
  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted

Instructions

      Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Farenheit.

      Place the pie shell in a round dish. Fit the shell properly into the baking dish and lightly brush melted butter onto the pie shell.

      Chop pepperoni (optional) and sage and place in a large mixing bowl.

      Beat eggs, cheese, rosemary and heavy cream into a large mixing bowl with pepperoni and sage.

      Sprinkle salt and pepper into the mixing bowl for flavor.

      Pour ingredients into the pie shell and level out.

      Place the dish in the middle of the oven and bake 30 to 45 minutes, or until golden brown.

Tips & Warnings

  • After 30 minutes, check on quiche to prevent overcooking.
